Monday 14th September – Discussions during this meeting were surrounding the theme of the main character walking. Decisions on this day included different shots taken in different locations; with different costume would create the illusion of the video being set over a long period of time.
Tuesday 15th September – The characters name was debated and the decision to leave the female character unnamed was made. The walking shots were discussed further and the possibility of a first location was considered with the first scene being set on a hill.
Thursday 17th & Friday 18th September – Scenes set in a park and a cafe decided upon and the possible locations for these were then debated. Lake Meadow in Billericay discussed when suggested and it turns out there is also a cafe in the park. Possible costumes for the male character discussed. “A variation between different colours and themes,” said Richard. “Right...” said Keith. Both of us discussed how we imagined the character dressed when he is in the walking scene we have already mentioned.
Keith: Leather jacket and hooded top with jeans.
Richard: Blazer worn casually with t-shirt, change to hooded top, variety of colours.

Wednesday 23rd September – Personality of the characters discussed, what is going on in their heads?
Male: Confused by his feelings for the girl, overwhelmed by her, frustrated by his inability to communicate with her for whatever reason, Supernatural involvement?, certain sympathy to be directed at him.
Female: Mysterious, classy but not stuck up, bearing in mind the sympathy for the male character, this shouldn’t come at the girl’s expense. She should be innocent of any wrong doing, not leading on the man, ‘an innocent bystander in this, guilty only of being beautiful...’
Thursday 24th September – In an attempt to increase creativity Richard bought donuts with him... Donuts were enjoyed. Matters such as large gaps in the storyboard were discussed and a brainstorming session resulted in the decision to include ‘Artsy Shots’ such as sped up crowd and traffic scenes filmed in London. As well as this, the train scene was discussed having been mentioned on a previous day informally. This was added to the storyboard.
Monday 28th September – Richard calls in a favour and the male character is chosen based on an agreement to star in the media video made months ago. George is confirmed as the male character. A deal involving donuts and hot chocolate is also struck and Hayley agrees to play the leading lady. Discussions are also held in the group about possible endings and how the relationship between the actors would be displayed in the body language of the characters.
Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th September – Keith suggests his soon to become infamous kiss scene and this is suggested to the actors with mixed responses but it remains a possibility. On the 2nd day the kiss scene is debated further and provisionally the decision is made to run with it but filming an alternative ending in case it looks forced or uncomfortable.
